Hail friends!
Another week down and it’s time for another update.
This week has been somewhat slow on the novel front. Due to a bout of insomnia I haven’t had much energy to get much done this week. That on top a job search made progress this week a crawl. I plan to try and get some work done Saturday to make up for it and hopefully get back into the swing of things.
I finished the story in Diablo IV, though. It was pretty good. The atmosphere of the game reminded me a lot of Diablo II and the music was great. I’ll probably add the soundtrack to the music I listen to when writing.
I also started reading The Seventh Cadence by Jim Wilbourne. I’ve been hankering for some decent epic fantasy and author John A. Douglas talked it up quite a bit. I have no opinion of my own as of yet since I just started other than it has me interested.
In the end the week was a slog, but I ended it by typing this while floating in a pool. Life has its ups and downs. In this moment, however, all is good.
