Alessa wants to become a wizard, but with little money and almost no talent she doesn’t seem to have a chance. That is until she finds a job in the Argent Tower as a care taker for their oldest resident, a Half Demon from back in the days of the Sorceress Wars. She soon finds there is a lot more to this job than she sign ups for and finds herself embroiled in events that could have world shaking consequences.
